No. The In&Out Refresh is a 90-minute maintenance combo. The REFRESH is the full detailer's reset — clay bar, iron remover, paint decon, tire and wheel deep clean, exterior glass polish, protective sealant. The REFRESH is a ~3–4 hour process. This is your efficient in-and-out service.
